Four AAU Members Have Been Named National Winners of the PCA Coach of the Year Award
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 26, 2024) -- Four coaches who participate in AAU events have been recognized as national winners of the 2024 Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Coach of the Year Award.
PCA received nearly 500 outstanding nominations for coaches who inspire their athletes in sports and in life. Out of those 500 nominated coaches, with over 1,000 letters of reference, 10 National Winners were selected. We are incredibly proud to see coaches who participate with the AAU leading the way for our young athletes.
Each winner received $500, and recognition on PCA's website, newsletters, and media campaigns. In the coming weeks, one Coach of the Year will be selected and win $5,000 for their school or program and receive an all-expense paid trip to San Francisco to be featured at our annual Game Changer Awards & Benefit at the Chase Center, home of the Golden State Warriors, on March 21, 2024.
